I am excited to share the news that I will be studying Graphic Design/Photography with CSU in February. I feel that this new degree reflects my interests a lot more and will equip me with more options in the future.
I studied six subjects with Swinburne Online and found that many of them provided me with a new understanding and appreciation of Communication Design.
I am looking forward to this new chapter and can’t wait to begin. ☺️
My study blog has changed with a new title (A Journey In Design) and address (kassy.design). I decided to make the change so that it would fit in with my personal blog and portfolio.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas, and 2018 will bring a lot of joy. 💖

Teaching Period 3 has started today and thankfully I have a mostly functioning internet (it has drop-outs, but not as bad as before) so I should be able to finally complete 20th Century Design in the coming weeks. I am looking forward to meeting new students and finally learning about 20th century design! I will have a recap post at the end of week one. ?

The past three weeks I have had terrible trouble with my internet service and have had to defer my studies until the next teaching period (or term). The internet started working yesterday, but because I have gotten so far behind and missed an assignment deadline, I decided to defer the unit and start again, without any interruption. I feel it is the best option right now, so that I do not get a bad grade and I can make sure the internet doesn’t drop out again.
I am very annoyed about the fact that my internet was out for so long. I am going to make a complaint to the provider and see if they can explain why it had taken so long and let them know how it affected me.
I have officially enrolled in a degree for Communication Design with Swinburne Online and commence my studies in July 2015. I am excited to begin and learn about the design industry as well as meeting many people that have an interest in design and photography.
